My husband died January 8, so I can't take credit for effort. I'm finding it hard to think about food which is surprising as it normally is all I think about. Thank goodness for Raisin Bran, chicken breast, green beans, and ginger snaps. Note a great diet but it keeps me going. To top everything off I've been in the ER three times because of a back issue. So off to the pain center for me, and a trip to have a few veins striped. The only exercise I'm getting is signing forms, and writing checks.
120.0 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week

So sorry for your loss. I know it doesn't seem like it at the moment but keep trying, all things improve in time.
