I'm definitely back to the strict diet starting tomorrow. I cannot lose weight by myself, noy even the gym is helping in anything. I think I'll spend 600$ to feel like a million bucks!
59.1 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
