Making this a real calorie-lite day. Salad with homemade olive oil/lemon juice/honey dressing. Grapefruit & yogurt snack. Maybe 98% lean chicken burger with brown rice and brussels sprouts for dinner.

Increased water consumption a little yesterday. Need to keep up with that and start wearing my step counter again. I tend to be slack in that area.

Really need to see some progress this week. I am committed.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
