Wake up call. Too much salt over the weekend. Had fried catfish. While I made it into 2 meals, still loaded with salt. A lot of riding in the car Saturday. Going to get back to shakes, walking and water today.

Also I had one "once a year" package of Oreos. I don't let myself buy them more than once a year so I have some Oreo flab. Oh well, start of a new week.
53.3 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
