TGIWeekend!! So dang close to the 170s.
This past week I’ve done a decent job staying active. 5 treadmills and 2 yoga workouts. I didn’t do any strength training yet so that is part of my plan today.
My physical woes are moving past me and I am not having any knee or back pain anymore. Yay! I am patting myself on the back for the increase in run time I did last night. Getting stronger with that and I’m also up to 3 minute elbow planks twice a day.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
