Well, I'm at another long standstill it looks like. Makes for very low motivation. But it's only my own fault for caving in to bad food decisions out of convenience and melancholy. I have always felt good for my age til this big globby weight gain of the past few years. Ive lost my energy. Got to get it back.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
