Started the day with a healthy breakfast. It's shocking how quickly the calories add up for some low cal yogurt, a slice of cheese/ham and a handful of salad veggies. But it was filling and very satisfying after yesterday's junk.
Impatient for further progress. But I spent the day outside yesterday doing some light yard work. Felt great. I should have carried my step counter.
