Literally too much coffee yesterday, between regular and decaf I think I had 10 cups!
Anything in large quantities is not good, not even water if more than 4L
So today I'm seriously thinking to go back to my strict diet....it seems that I am not be able to do it myself.
58.9 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
