Glad the holiday is over. I get set back every time no matter how well behaved I am.

On the plus side I have started feeling turned off by fattening foods. Yes, they taste good for the most part, but I am not experiencing the same satisfaction from them as I used to. I actually enjoy the good clean foods better now. That in itself is a win.

I may be slow as molasses in January, but I am doing this. And I am going to go all the way.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
