I'm sure this weight increase is from not drinking enough water and TOM. I need to add more exercise in, I just can't seem motivated to get up in the morning and always find an excuse after work/school.

Really have to step it up!
56.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

yes it is very hard to find the time and motivation to get the exercise in. I have been doing just 20 mins per day and sometimes it is just a walk... the water is the key I am up to 2 liters per day and that includes unsweet tea and coffee.
