Love hitting milestones! 225 lbs was my original “first” goal weight. It felt overwhelmingly far away at the time and here I am, moving onto the next goal and over 160 lbs down.
Healthy Moment of Gratitude: Doing this the healthy way. The one and only time I got here, I’d begun some unhealthy calorie restriction (some of which was to offset alcohol consumption as I was in a younger, party phase). I feel so much more in control this time - discipline and gratitude has guided me well.
