A nice chunk of weight loss today. I am now at a new lowest weigh-in again, 300 grams down from Saturday.
Some of it is most likely due to water imbalance. Last night was different from my normal activities. I went to a concert (Black Country Communion) and was standing up all evening. Also, quite a bit of walking to and from the venue, different food etc. No beer, though - even if I had planned to have one. I chanced it for a Coke zero, and did not regret. Actually it felt pretty good to do.
- and what a night. Black Country is "new" Classic Rock at it's very best. Features Jason Bonham, Joe Bonamassa and Glen Hughes, whom I GOT TO MEET! What a treat. I got the whole package, guest list entrance, photo pass for the pit and then to meet the star himself after the show. Wow. Thanks, Rune, for making this happen.
Life is good!
