Refocusing my eyes on the long term results and less on the glitches along the way. I'll still be ecstatic when the scale shows a drop, but trying to look past the sudden ups knowing I have been sticking to plan 95% of the time. I'll keep on til I reach my goal, then maintain for the long run.

I want new summer clothes!
