Post medicine weigh-in was much more pleasant than I expected. I was afraid that I was going to gain a lot because I was bloated for several days and some ate candy. But I am back on track. Weather is ominous for a few days so not sure how I will adjust workouts. I think I work on ab exercises and legs.

Hubs had a rough day yesterday and was frustrated on the phone. I pray his day is better today. I worry about him. He is heading to Montana. Usually when he gets up that way, it goes haywire and he gets delayed on finding a load heading back home. So we shall see.
51.3 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
