To the track today. Ive got to get moving weather cooperation or not. At the rate I've been losing it's going to take me 6 months to lose 18 lbs. I just want to fit into a size 12 again.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Walked at Walmart and by the end of the day I was over 7,000 steps. Highest I have ever been. We can do it.

That is awesome! I wish I could say the same for me, but to be honest I have gotten to the point I've stopped turning my step counter on. I try to fit too much into one day and get little done. Ive got to get serious about walking. Youre right we CAN do it. I just have to DO it. Keep up the good work, glamper.

On Tuesday I put on my step counter before I left the house. I was helping my sister again. I didn't get back home until 9:30 pm after a very busy day and discovered I didn't have my Garmin turned on all that time. Many many steps not counted.

It's 5:47 am. and raining hard with thunder and lightning so can't sleep. Wednesday will be rough. I am joining the Happy Summer Challenge to lose 15 pounds. Come and join me. It starts today.

Well, you know you were active, that's what counts. Your body knows. That's basically why I stopped worrying about the counter for awhile. Ok, I'll look that one up, thank you. Im also doing the Get Your Summer Body in 3 Months challenge. You might like that one too. I know I need all the structure and accountability I can get.
