I showed up @ the doctor's office to get my blood work done this morning & was told I didn't have an appointment 😐 She double-checked & informed me my appointment is tomorrow. That meant my Therapy appointment is also tomorrow. I went home & got into some comfy, warm clothes cause it was rainy & chilly out. Most Mondays I know it's Gym day & don't give it another thought. I was really in the mood to curl up with a book, but knew that wasn't an option since now I couldn't go to the Gym Tuesday. I have appointments 🙄 We had coffee & breakfast, then got our Gym stuff together. Once I got the momentum going & got to the Gym, all was fine. I had good workout. I did have a moment, thinking today just isn't my day. I had forgotten to charge my iPod, so was trying to sync up my phone to the treadmill so I'd have music. It wasn't working & I couldn't figure out why. FINALLY, it did sync up & I got started.

We stopped afterwards to buy some Protein powder, Greek yogurt & some other stuff. ALL of the registers had lines backed way out....even the self check. I think we waited 20 minutes in line. I was so ready to get home, make our Protein Shakes & chill before making dinner.

Off to bed, so I can try this again tomorrow 😴 😊

Caught the flight the next day and the company paid for my mistake so it worked out
