Intentionally blew it yesterday. Ate nothing but junk food and wine. Tho I did manage to get my 20g fiber in.... silver lining, ha!

Back on track today. I had my day of rebellion. :D

Let's go.

Thanks Glamper. We just pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and start again. We'll gain ground (not pounds!) eventually.
