Couple of bad days last week, but still managed to drop two pounds. So it turns out that swearing at a small white ball for two or three mornings a week is good for you!
94.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ah! Golf is great fun. My handicap is very high but I enjoy it. ⛳️

Got to remember... Someone once said, "Golf is similar to sex... you don't have to be good at it to enjoy it"! The difference is, one takes 2 minutes and the other takes 4 hours!
