Teaming down rain and so dark out I didn't realize how late I had slept. Not like I'm going anywhere soon. Weather has not been on my side for getting into the swing of going to the track. And I have as of yet to make room on my tiny covered porch for my exercise bike that still sits in storage at the back of the shed. Soon. Meantime I can do stretch routines. I have had so many bone/ligament injuries I now stick to low impact exercise. Right knee has been injured to the point of lasting damage, left foot/ankle breaks kept me between bed and crutches fall/winter of '21/22. Makes weight loss s--l--o--w.
Be glad to see the sun come out for more than a day at a time.
Son and little girls will be over tomorrow. Filled them Easter baskets. Need to plan a supper.
