Had to do pushups on my knees for the challenge, and had to do 5 pushups followed by 10 crunches until I got to my needed 50/100 amount, but I got there!
104.1 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
