Would have been 100% if I hadn't gone 300 calories over last night in spirits and slimline mixers, celebrating the Scotland win... never mind, I'll make up for it today... the only cooking I've done this week of any note is something called 'Natalie's Trinidadian Fish Stew' from the Good Food site, adapted for one, with less oil, but all else the same. Was excellent and incredibly cheap and low-calorie, using a frozen pollock fillet. Shame I didn't use two, just so I could say I had a couple of pollocks this week... happy slimming week, everyone xx
