Ate lots of hamburger meat for dinner...thought I would way heavy but lost another lb.! WooHoo! I guess that hamburger meat really IS beneficial to Type O's. :)))
97.1 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
