Not sure where that extra pound came from 😐 Must be water cause I are under my calorie goal yesterday. Today, on the other hand, I consumed over 2000 calories.

I was expecting rain today, but the sun decided to shine. I juggled whether I should go to the Gym like I'd planned or stay home & work in the gardens again. The Gym won. I'm not sure when I'll be able to go this week since I don't know what day we're coming back from my sister's. It was busy, but I managed to fit in all of my regular routine.

I stopped at Home Depot afterwards & bought a variety of annuals & some new liners for some hanging baskets. I didn't plant any of them yet. I'll get to them some time this week.

I mixed up my Protein Shake & watched a little TV. Had to get in at least 1 episode of Pretty Little Liars 😏
61.4 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
