Two week weigh in. I stopped logging my food a long time ago tbh. I know how much I’m eating, which usually isn’t much. It’s the movement I need to up
77.2 kg Lost so far: 35.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes I get that you know if you have eaten too much but I know that some people need it but I’ve been thinking the same thing but I’m going to keep logging it for now Great loss keep going 👍💪
