bad weekend last weekend. stayed on the fasting plan and didn't gain but loss has slowed right down.

better weekend on the cards and focussing on hitting the magic 70s in kgs.

It's shows though, it's all about what you put into your mouth every day and knowing your body.

Stay strong and you'll reach your goals.
85 kg Lost so far: 22.8 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
