In my holding pattern it seems but that's ok, I know the pattern now and that in a few days I will have another drop.

Gray day today but much warmer than it's been. Going out to stock up on veggies and lean meats.

One more week to this month, it's gone fast. Almost Easter time. Been watching The Chosen and really enjoying it. Dreading the Crucifixion scene soon to come though as it pains me so to see how our Lord Jesus suffered on our behalf. But oh so thankful for what He did for us! I think, "He is not here, He has risen!" has got to be the most powerfully rousing words in the NT. HalleluYah, Amen!
79.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
