💥New Low💥 😲 Today was a surprise! Not a big difference, but, below 134. That's even eating 1992 calories yesterday. Working out does help burn the calories.

I expect I'll bump up again....usually do.

Library today & bought some groceries. I saw a couple of recipes that looked good in the Kroger magazine they send out, so I bought the ingredients. Tonight, I made the Pizza Frittata. Turned out pretty good.
60.7 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
