So no real change on the scale yet, but I am feeling healthier I've been doing great with quitting smoking though i still allow myself a butt once a day. I'm eating better and getting more done in portion control and eating healthier stuff. Loving my yogourt again, more fruits and veg. and made my family a dinner meal plan for the week. This worked great last time I lost a lot of weight. We save money on groceries too. So Monday is meat and salad, Tuesday is wraps with chicken, and today is going to be pasta so flax spaghetti with ground chicken and it is so good! Tomorrow is left overs of something like meat and salad and Friday is junk day and we eat out fast food for me it's something I do within reason and try to keep my calories down a bit so I can have chips or pop corn with movies. So I have put myself back on track and everyone in my family is loving it and will benefit.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
