Cleveland Clinic says we should weigh ourselves on Wednesdays. And compare only Wednesday weights from week to week. Sounds like a good idea!
(If you have a Monday thru Friday work or school schedule, that is.)
Anyhow today is better than yesterday.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, its always good to weigh same day, same time, same clothes same scale, same everything to accurately gauge weight loss.
