Boy am I ready. With the move behind me I am ready to get back to normal living and no take out food. We can do this.

I had an excellent day with calories under 1,000 and steps at over 4,500 so I call that a win. I don't understand how the challenge works and how to record my progress. Where are the instructions?

That's great! That's a win in my book too! You've got your week off to an excellent start. I wish they gave instructions but they dont. After you join, that challenge shows up on your fatsecret home page. Every day click on it, its about half way down on the right hand side under My Community. It will lead you to the challenge page where there will be a link to the current week's challenge page. Again on the right you click the link to update your progress in the My Challenge Performance block. You can update your weight and check off all the mini challenges you want to as well as record a journal entry. I hope you join, it has helped me a lot by by keeping myself accountable on here. Let's do it!
