Had heartburn again yesterday by mid morning, even though I had had no gluten nor anything I could identify as having been a trigger for me. Later in the afternoon I realized I had forgotten to take my probiotics and digestive enzymes. So apparently they are helping me - when I remember to take them.

Have stayed away from gluten entirely for nearly a week. I havent seemed to have had trouble with dairy. I'll get it nailed down. Need to remember my supplements though.

When will warm weather return? I eat when it's cold. I eat when Im bored. I get bored when it's cold. I eat.

Still hanging in there..
