At a standstill and trying hard not to fall completely off the wagon. ugh

Easy to stay motivated when I see even small regular drops but these constant 1/2to 1lb gains and plateaus are zapping my vision to be honest.

Will try again next week to break thru this wall.

Don't give up. You are making incredible progress. I was on a plateau for 12 weeks straight and talk about frustration. You will drop again soon so don't worry, you've got this. Just hang on and you will see progress. We can do this.

Hey glamper, hope you are doing well and things getting back to normal for you and your family. 12 weeks is a long time, how discouraging, but you hung in there! That's fantastic. I am trying to do the same. Havent really gone completely off track, but my choices arent as lean as they should be. Im not giving up though. I want this too badly. We can do it. We will.

Back then after the 12 week plateau all heck broke lose and over a year I was at my highest weight ever. 202 pounds. I've learned my lesson and now if I have a gain like this week end I just get back to my WOE and exercise. It's mostly water weight from salty food. We can do this.

We helped my sister move into her new apartment yesterday. It was an all day job and after we had Chinese food and I was starving. Then when we got home I went straight for the cookies and chips. My weight is up by two pounds this morning.

My highest weight ever was 208 after my 4th pregnancy/delivery. I was 28. I'm 5'2.5" with a small frame, so that's pretty heavy. I went on a lowfat diet and lost 70 lbs in 6 months, 94 over the course of a year and a half. But I was working out heavily and power walking as well that entire time. Managed somehow to keep it off through my last pregnancy/delivery and another 10 years after that. Then my weight started to slowly creep up. But I went on another candida diet and lost 25 lbs again. Remained right around the same 157 weight until my husband passed and I shot up to 198. Almost my highest. I hate it, it makes me miserable and I will do whatever it takes to get this weight off again. You are right, we can do this.

You had a busy and hectic time with all the moving, only human to need some quick comfort food. You will drop that 2 lbs in no time. Tomorrow starts a new week. Another opportunity for us to make progress. We will.

You have been through a lot of sorrow and success. I have two adult children and a loving husband, no grandchildren. The most weight I have lost was 47 pounds over a three year time frame of loss and regaining. Now I want to experience life at a healthier weight before my 70th birthday in another year. We can do it.
