Halted progress. Calories in limit. Healthy food choices. Minimal activity level. Unmotivated/borderline depressed.

Willpower isnt hard to muster. Motivation is. The big hurdle is digging down and finding, then keeping, motivation.

Hope everyone is having good success and a lovely day.

I would like to drink green tea but as of now have not found one that I like. What brand are you drinking because you said you like the taste of it? My diet needs a boost.

Green tea can be a little on the grassy side sometimes. But there are lots brand choices as well as varieties that have different flavor notes. One variety which is very mild I like is Genmaicha. In any brand. Genmaicha is a green tea blended with toasted brown rice. Tastes sweet, mildly nutty. Twinings Jasmine green tea is good. Matcha green tea is supposedly good for diet but is quite grassy flavored. I've grown to like it but it's an acquired taste I think. Hope you find one you like. I can't post a picture in comments, but I'll post one in the morning when I write my journal entry of a few I drink.

Thanks glamper. I'm hanging in there. Too much nibbling on gingerbreadb today tho. Too much time at home. I begin to graze. Hope you're doing well.
