Been a busy Monday, but off to a good start. Lost 1/2 lb of the lb I had gained. Likely it was water or bloat. Well within daily caloric intake allowance.

Here's to another good week for us!
80.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
