Cold day and had some sleet this morning. Nothing like other parts of the country. Winter hates to let go.

Spending the day in. I will read and crochet and watch my calories. Already have my 15 min stretch time in. I will weigh in in the morning to start the new week. Fingers crossed......

Im ready, no cheats, lets make this work.
