Windy Day's Journal, 10 Mar 23

Switched things up a little the past couple days, from low carb/high fat to low fat/high carb - same daily calorie intake. That's when I dropped the 1.5 lbs.

Have been taking my probiotics and Vitamin D3, and molasses which is a good source of iron and selenium. Started digestive enzymes yesterday and felt markedly better all day and woke up feeling less tired this morning. Hopeful to continue to feel better day by day.

It has been a good weight loss week and week in general.
