haha at this point i'm wondering if my scale needs new batteries. consistently 154 most of the week is weird. doesn't bother me, just furthers my theory of muscle building. high protein and very hard work with weights at gym. more vascular in certain body parts as well. feeling thicker in quads/legs as well as shoulders and arms.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
