Ya! Back on track!! lost three pounds. Though those pounds I lost, gained and re-lost. The cycle can be vicious but at least it wasn't much this time! I have a rotator cuff tear that is making it tough. I have been waiting to hear about the surgery. I am going to be a work in whatever that is? But anyways hurting but working through it. Watching that I don't over do!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
