Pretty good day for me yesterday; got my carbs down under 30 and fiber up to just under 20, 19.6. That's the best I think Ive managed as far as those two macros go. Still, no loss. All one can do is keep doing the right things. Little by little it will eventually come off. On the bright side, the slower the loss I would think the slower any regain later? Here's to positive thinking.

I am toying with the idea of eliminating the coffee creamer from my morning coffee. Those are really empty calories. I think I could transition to black coffee. Have found that I really enjoy the Matcha tea. Tomorrow I will cut the creamer back a little.

Energy level is in the pits. Might need to start taking Vit D again. I tend to run deficient in that as well as iron. Also begin blackstrap molasses again. It is is an excellent source of so many vital nutrients.

Sunny again today. I thank God for that. Have a lovely one.

Yesterday my weight was down after the high cal. day on Friday and today it's up after my low cal. day yesterday. What gives? I will try to stay low cal. today and see what happens. I made my step goal for four days and hope to keep it up. We can do it if we try.

That's funny you should say that. My daughter noticed I tend to drop after a high cal day, which to me doesnt make sense, and sometimes isnt the case, so..? I think it must be coincidence and likely the drop is due to the previous low cal days. Possibly the higher intake triggers the body to *let go* of the fat store? We'll get this yet.

I will be recording my weight on March 8th and hope to be at 165 or less. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for us both.

Some thing is happening because my clothes are looser. It must be all the walking. I'ts working.
