This so frustrating! But, I keep pushing through! I was reading yesterday on Reverse diet. Does anyone know anything about it and how does it work if you have done it? Also how to do it?
I'm a detailed person so I have to know all the ins and outs!
65.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
