honestly on the verge of a breakdown from stress. I don't know how I'm going to keep staying strong through all this

So sorry to hear you're going through a hard time but just keep talking! talk to anybody who will listen because it's easier out than it is in. and if you're an emotional eater like I am, I find that once I talk about my problems, they don't seem so daunting. there's always someone on here that is willing to listen to you and if you want to have a private chat, you know how to do it! sometimes strangers are the best people to talk to because they don't judge even more so. I wish and pray for you to have a wonderful day.

I pray a lot.. my relationship with God makes a huge difference in my emotional stability.. I've also spent a lot of time talking to mental health professionals over the years, which brought me lots of insights into bad thought patterns and behaviors.. my shelves are full of self-help books too.. and sometimes I do gentle yoga or find a meditation/mindfullness app to help get me into a better headspace.. anything to get me thinking in a different direction than the negative one I'm struggling with in the moment. We all need to reach out and find a different perspective sometimes.
