Bumped up a tich this morning, but staying in the 135's

A good Wednesday workout 😁 5 sets on the Leg press upping the last 2. I even made time for 10 minutes on the bike.

Our internet/ house phone were out this morning. The electric company is doing equipment upgrades on the highway & apparently they had shut something down. We were back in business when we got back from the Gym, so I got my Pretty Little Liars fix 😏 Only one episode today. After dinner, Hubby & I watched the 3rd Murdaugh Murders episode. The defense gives closing statements tomorrow then it goes to the jury.

We finished the night with a CMT Crossroads episode....From King & Country & Jimmie Allen ❤

We did pop into Walmart, but not unexpectedly, almost all of the clearance tops were gone, so I'll make this one work.

It was another nice day. A bit overcast today, but the rain held off just now. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy. No plans to go anywhere, so I'll probably do housework & laundry.

61.5 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
