FINALLY not sick. still fatigued. March i wanna include a 3rd work aut day and keep my calories between 1556 and 1883 while removing refined sugarand processed grains one step at a time. Tail end of Feb, knowing i have to cut out foods, i kinda went haywire and made desserts to finish off the last of chocolate chip bag. now theres only dark chocolate in house.
