Beautiful day. Going to go out and do some shopping, get some extra steps in.

Would love to be blessed with a 1.5 lb loss this week. Seems so little, yet for me that would be huge.

Happy scales to everyone today and the rest of the week!

Every ounce lost is a win. Wednesday starts a new month. I hope to lose 5 pounds in March. We can do it.

Yes, it is. I failed to make my February goal of 4 lbs, but Im game if you are to aim for 5 lbs in March. That's only one pound and a quarter each week. Let's do it.
