My homemade low carb *Keto* brownies will be the ruin of me.... just sayin. But they are so very good, and at least is something that I can make and freeze to have on hand for weak moments when something much more fattening is calling.

So still not 100% back on track but weight is holding. If I can just get past this weak/tired feeling and congestion. And the end of the brownies.. :D

Ive got to get serious if Im going to drop a pound before next Challenge begins.
