Sunny and 70s yesterday - gloomy-gray and chilly this morning. My mood and motivation is seriously affected by the weather.

Mini goal/s for today:

- increase water by adding another cup of herbal tea to my daily intake.

- remember to take my probiotics (especially since I am on an antibiotic atm.)

- adjust my mindset. (We are what we eat, but we eat according to our mindset)

Challenging myself to drop JUST. ONE. POUND.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cold and snow in the forecast today. Lent starts today and I am giving up baked goods and ice cream. We can do this.

Hope you didnt get too much snow and that warmer days return to you soon. Warm here this morning with rain on the way for this afternoon. Im really hoping we dont see a late winter/early spring snowstorm (or worse, ice storm) here this year. Im still not 100% back on track and have found that if I make keto browniesI will eat them until they are gone. :/ So next time I will immediately freeze them in portions. Have a good rest of the week. We CAN do this.
