A slight weight gain today - I am at 102.0 kgs. No biggie. I also track my other stats on my "smart scale", and I see that my visceral fat percentage is down to 14 today, been at 15 for a little while. So obviously things are happening. :)
Life is good.
102 kg Lost so far: 53 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
