So back at it. I gained 5 pounds. Ok no excuse for it. Been dealing with a shoulder tear. I decided to push past the pain now. Waiting on doctor to set surgery. I don't know what it will be like from the surgery but hope long term the shoulder will be better. The getting injured or hurt is easier when you get older is for real. It seems I am continuously having set backs in trying to increase my mobility and strength. I don't think I have gotten past a year without set backs! Sitting around I know will steal your life away but dang this get up and get moving is wreaking havoc on this poor body. Please 10 pounds just 10 pounds more! Without any more mishaps!!!
