Windy Day's Journal, 17 Feb 23

Almost back to where I was, another 1/2 lb to reach the weight I had attained before I came down sick. It was a little set-back, but a temporary one. Looking forward to moving further down the downward trail for sure.

Rainy day. A good day to curl up on the couch and read til I regain all my energy from being ill.

I am glad that you are doing well. Me, not so good. Cravings are through the roof and almost no exercise. I am having health issues causing stress eating. Better days are ahead.

Sorry to hear that, I know very well how that is. I've been craving carbs and sweets something fierce. Exercise? What's that? Anxiety here too. There's so much more to worry about the older I get. Especially after husband passed away. But we'll get thru it. Drink some chamomile tea, spritz clothing with lavender essential oil. Spring can't be too far away. Let's recommit to the plan. Better days ahead.
