Windy Day's Journal, 16 Feb 23

Think I overdid it a little yesterday, I am so exhausted today. So this will be a quiet day. Im going to putter around the house and try out my new bible journaling pens this afternoon. I prolly wont get my steps in but I did pretty well yesterday.

Just had avocado/cream cheese toast on low carb protein bread. That was yummy and was a satisfying breakfast. After a while I'll make Matcha Tea Latte and have a protein snack. Small meals and high quality snacks and a good dinner, then fast 14 hrs overnight. I've wanted to work up to 8 hrs food/16 hrs fast but havent been able to get my dinner meals in early enough. Not too worried about that, but may try to work in one juice fast day and one unlimited calorie day per week to hopefully shake my body's sluggish metabolism up a bit. Idea is to keep trying new things til I find something that *works* for me with my system.
